<p>2025 Building Trades Workforce Pathways Coordinator- Roxbury</p> <p>YouthBuild Boston is a community-based education and workforce development program dedicated to empowering young adults, ages 16-24, who have faced barriers to traditional education or employment. The program provides students with opportunities to earn a high school diploma or equivalent while gaining hands-on experience in construction, leadership, and community service. YouthBuild Boston emphasizes holistic support, including academic instruction, career development, and personal growth, preparing participants for post-secondary education, careers, and long-term success. The VISTA will strengthen YouthBuild's career readiness by designing a year-round framework, creating assessment tools, and building a Career Exploration Toolkit. They will conduct labor market research, map career pathways, and cultivate employer and education partnerships. The member will coordinate mock interviews, recruit industry volunteers, secure professional attire, and document all processes.
