Are you ready to go beyond?</p> <p>Our Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology (DT) organization has an exciting leadership opportunity available for a Global Director, ERP COE reporting to the Executive Director of the Global ERP & CRM Systems Organization.</p> <p>This position will be a hybrid opportunity based out of our East Hartford or Farmington, Connecticut office locations.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>This will be a hybrid/remote position with expectation to travel to various sites as needed to participate and engage in various working sessions and on-site collaboration with various business stakeholders. Travel expectations are at least 25%.</p> <p>This position offers a strategic, high-impact leadership role in global, mission driven, and complex manufacturing and aftermarket sustainment business operations. It has high visibility and involves strategic and operational interactions with DT and business leadership, including senior executives.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the global ERP COE, setting the vision, governance model, and organizational structure that aligns with PW DT organization's key guiding principles. </li><li>A strategic thinker and a thought leader who operates as a technology advisor to business stakeholders, brings in the right expertise and industry benchmarks as needed, and possesses the ability to influence positively across a complex matrixed and hierarchical organization. </li><li>A leader who strives for continuous improvement and innovation and stays on top of the latest technological trends; be a catalyst of change to enrich user experience with technology and operational efficiencies. </li><li>A leader who has excellent presentation and communication skills and can define the problem statement in simple non-technical terms but at the same time be able to lead the effort and drive the team to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze complex scenarios and business processes and support the team to develop a holistic solution framework for successful delivery. </li><li>Manage and deliver on a complex portfolio of run and transform initiatives across the ERP integrated landscape as well as develop and maintain strategic multi-year technology roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders. This includes developing a P&W specific strategy on SAP S/4 HANA transformation that informs and aligns with the RTX wide S/4 HANA process & technology transformation program. </li><li>Strong proficiency with daily operations management of the COE - vendor relationships, budget planning & management, resource management, performance management, risk assessment and mitigation. Deep understanding of waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies. </li><li>Govern ERP change management, release planning, demand intake, capacity management, and prioritization across business units. </li><li>Drive global process harmonization, ensure alignment with business objectives across planning, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics & shipping, finance across OEM and Aftermarket business segments. </li><li>Strong ERP acumen along with deep knowledge on various end-to-end business processes such as opportunity-to-cash, record-to-report, source-to-pay, plan-to-sustain in regulated industry. </li><li>Enterprise owner of a very complex ERP landscape consisting of SAP and non-SAP applications such as PLM, MES, supplier collaboration tools, QMS, and various custom developed applications. </li><li>A leader who is adaptive and reacts quickly to changing business priorities while managing risk and impacts to the overall portfolio. </li><li>Lead a high performing team and develop a talent strategy that involves upskilling and attracting new talent to transform the organization to be on the leading edge of SAP S/4 HANA and other latest technology trends around data & analytics in an integrated landscape and generative AI. </li><li>Manage a global team of SAP leaders and functional experts; foster continuous improvement, development and knowledge sharing. </li><li>Ensure compliance with IT and A&D regulations, security standards (ITAR, DFARS), and internal controls. </li><li>Support the infrastructure operations team in maintaining the solution on a large scale. Ensure appropriate operational coverage to support 24x7 business operations, including holidays and weekends. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications You Must Have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 14+ years of experience in ERP systems; OR an Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 12+ years of experience in ERP systems. </li><li>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications We Prefer:</p> <ul> <li>Strong management capability - demonstrated ability to lead and manage complicated, large DT ERP projects. </li><li>Results oriented with intense focus on success and achievement despite obstacles both within and outside of direct control. </li><li>Strong business aptitude - ability to learn, understand and interpret business processes; ability to act in partnership with the business and be recognized as a valued contributor to business results. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work laterally and engage to achieve success Demonstrated proficiency with software lifecycle development processes. </li><li>Individual needs to be self-driven and proactive on assignments. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Learn More & Apply Now:</p> <p>In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
