Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter?</p> <ul> <li>Position Summary </li></ul> <p>Participates in the filling of containers with various plumbing chemicals or assembling various plumbing products to contribute to the timely completion of customer orders for distribution.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieve and verify raw materials; follow department procedures to produce, package, label, and palletize finished products.</p> </li><li> <p>Process unused raw materials and maintain workplace organization throughout the day.</p> </li><li> <p>Refer to charts for the necessary measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete production documentation as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect product for quality (labels, weights, visual).</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the cleaning of the work area and department.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Self-motivated with the ability to work at the appropriate pace to meet production targets.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in teams, communicate one-on-one or in small group.</p> </li><li> <p>Manual dexterity.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of various equipment (Fill machines, pallet jack, box cutters, and batch/RF gun) is helpful.</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions (SWIs), training, and equipment safety instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow safety procedures, including wearing personal safety equipment and completing appropriate safety training.</p> </li><li> <p>One-year relevant production work experience preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Certification</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li></ul>
