See it come to life.</p> <p>We're a locally owned sign manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Sign Installer who takes pride in doing quality work and seeing projects through from start to finish. From ground signs and channel letters to interior signage, you'll be out in the field making our custom projects stand tall and look sharp-no matter the season.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Install ground signs, channel letters, interior signage, decals, and more </li><li>Work with a team to bring custom projects to life on-site </li><li>Work outdoors year-round in all elements </li><li>Follow safety standards and keep a clean driving record </li><li>Communicate with customers and ensure a job well done </li><li>Complete job paperwork accurately and on time </li><li>Use the right tools and techniques to get it done right the first time </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>4-day work week (with occasional 5-day weeks depending on workload) </li><li>Travel up to 4 days per week </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>CDL Class A (or willingness to get it within 90 days) </li><li>Experience with construction, electrical, or welding </li><li>Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work with hand/power tools </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions </li><li>Excavation experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$28-$31/hour </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off and more </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>If you like working outdoors, taking ownership of your work, and being part of a team that builds something you can point to at the end of the day-we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>EMAIL RESUME</p>
