This role is responsible for the visual merchandising, unloading, and stocking shipments of live goods as well as customer relations. Merchandisers report to leadership including the store, area, district, and market managers. They also work with our receiving partners.</p> <p>Measures of Success:</p> <ul> <li>Comply with Bell Nursery policies and procedures </li><li>Execute Bell merchandising standards </li><li>Merchandise product per Plan-o-gram </li><li>Set ads as needed in stores </li><li>Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory </li><li>Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods </li><li>Communicate with leadership regarding execution daily </li></ul>
