This role provides direct, on-site patient care for individuals with a wide range of acute and chronic wound conditions.</p> <p>Position Details:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Per diem position</p> </li><li> <p>Day shift</p> </li><li> <p>Monday-Friday clinical setting (no weekends or nights)</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with various types of wounds</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with an interdisciplinary wound care team</p> </li><li> <p>Perform wound assessments, treatments, and patient education</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with standards of care</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine</p> </li><li> <p>Prior wound care experience strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong clinical skills, organization, and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality wound care and improving patient outcomes.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory Care-MH PD role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.</p> <p>Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)</p> <ul> <li>Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. </li><li>License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification require or must obtain within 30 days of start date. </li><li>Experience: One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred.
