<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Senior Payroll Analyst will oversee and support U.S. payroll operations only </li><li>Work in a team-oriented environment with shared payroll responsibilities </li><li>Demonstrate flexibility and comfort with overlapping job duties </li><li>Provide strong customer service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach </li><li>Take initiative while supporting team priorities </li><li>Validate pay-related information including timecards, vacation requests, direct deposits, and tax changes </li><li>Enter and validate payroll data in ADP Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor </li><li>Pull extract files from Oracle HCM for upload into ADP Payroll </li><li>Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues </li><li>As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will process payroll corrections and adjustments as needed </li><li>Maintain payroll files for audit purposes, including time-off forms, tax forms, direct deposit forms, and bi-weekly reports </li><li>Ensure payroll records comply with company policies and procedures </li><li>Support internal audits through accurate and organized payroll documentation </li><li>Document payroll processes and create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) </li><li>Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality </li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and internal partners* Must have large Payroll system experience, minimum of 5 years of payroll experience </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Must be professional and have the ability to work with all levels of staff </li><li>Multi State Biweekly Full Cycle Processing </li></ul>
