Now you can join the team that makes this a great place to work, too!</p> <p>We're hiring a Sportsbook Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you're responsible for the Sportsbook floor operations during assigned shifts, including approving or denying wagers from customers, scheduling staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.</p> <p>You'll also:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise Sportsbook cashiers; ensure all transactions are performed according to Company policies as well as state and federal regulations. </li><li>Monitor all monies being wagered. </li><li>Approve or deny wagers from guests. </li><li>Maintain Sportsbook vault. </li><li>Conduct sweeps/bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessary. </li><li>Monitor performance, conducts basic maintenance and customer experience on kiosks. </li><li>Handle escalated guest disputes in the Sportsbook. </li><li>Report issues and discrepancies to management immediately. </li><li>Advise management of any operational concerns. </li><li>Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all company information. </li><li>Maintain high visibility throughout the Sportsbook. </li><li>Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner. </li><li>Greet a high volume of customers and answer questions in a polite and courteous manner to maintain a fun, positive and supportive teamwork environment. </li><li>Promote new product launches, printing betting sheets daily, self-service terminals and a/v system. </li><li>Assist with online sign-ups. </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>MotorCity Casino Hotel offers competitive wages, excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, a generous 401(k) program, and childcare reimbursement.
