<p>Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description</p> <p>A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate an exciting greenfield project, expanding upon current facilities locally. This role involves leading multi-disciplined project teams to ensure successful project completion on-time and on-budget, while meeting all quality, cost, schedule, and scope requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead multi-disciplined project teams to complete projects on-time, on budget, meeting all requirements. </li><li>Execute projects and manage all aspects including developing project goals and business objectives, finalizing scope and budget, and creating project plans. </li><li>Negotiate staffing with Line of Business and monitor and control project work. </li><li>Manage project data, report performance, and seek approvals from project owner. </li><li>Manage project procurement, delivery/installation, commissioning, qualification, change control, and team. </li><li>Close and evaluate the project. </li><li>Ensure all facets of the program lifecycle align with expectations set forth by the project owner. </li><li>Monitor and report project progress. </li><li>Consider project staffing plans needed to support projects and assemble the project team. </li><li>Manage tasks and time closely for external staff. </li><li>Responsible for financial project accountability through purchase order creation, management, invoicing, and budget forecasting. </li><li>Ensure alignment with global programs and other site projects to actively share best practice, knowledge, and visions. </li><li>Assist with any training required of personnel supporting the project. </li><li>Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>8-10 years of experience in project management. </li><li>Experience managing a greenfield project from the ground up. </li><li>Pharmaceutical experience working within warehouse, automation, maintenance, and facilities. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>GMP qualification. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role requires being on-site in an office building and visiting the construction site as well as current facilities to meet with different project stakeholders. Normal working hours are expected, but flexibility is required as different needs arise.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
