Responsibilities include program management, monitoring KPIs, facilitating multidisciplinary teams and contributing to business plans for service line growth. You will drive data analytics initiatives by developing business intelligence tools and reports to support active daily management and process improvements. Additionally, you are expected to lead performance improvement efforts by applying data-driven methodologies to identify and implement operational efficiencies and system-level enhancements.</p> <p>Salary Range: $83,800.00 - $179,400.00 Annually</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a related area - required </li><li>Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) or equivalent combination of education and experience - preferred </li><li>At least 3 years of healthcare management experience - preferred </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to maximize functional interaction with administrators, faculty, students, patients, university and governmental officials, various private professionals, and the general public. </li><li>Demonstrates strong data analysis and financial analysis skills </li><li>Knowledgeable in performance improvement methodology (ie.
