<p>Description</p> <p>Heidelberg University is accepting resumes for an adjunct pool in the performing arts, specifically in the fields of Music and Theatre. An Adjunct Instructor in the School of Music and Theatre provides instruction to undergraduate students in the following course subjects: art, music (including private lessons), theatre, dance, and/or set design. Adjunct instructors will teach part-time on an as-needed basis and should be willing to teach in a variety of formats, including in-person, hybrid, and online, and at varied class times that may include evenings according to program needs.</p> <p>Applications will be accepted into the pool on an ongoing basis.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>This position reports directly to the Chair of the School of Music and Theatre. </li><li>The Adjunct Instructor in the School of Music and Theatre may supervise student workers in the school. </li></ul> <p>The Adjunct Instructor in the School of Music and Theatre will:</p> <ul> <li>Teach courses in art, music (including private lessons), theatre, dance, and/or set-design as needed in Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters based on candidate expertise and qualifications.
