<p>Blender-2nd shift</p> <p>#34770</p> <p>Location: Pacific, MO</p> <p>Company: Dairy Farmers of America</p> <p>Category: Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>GENERAL PURPOSE</p> <p>Oversee the operation of mix rooms by working from schedules and formulas to utilize production's schedule to plan the sequence of mix needed to flow from tanks.</p> <p>2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing </li><li>Exercise care and follow all sanitary process procedures associated with the pumping of mix </li><li>Maintain working knowledge related to ingredient mix for batching purposes </li><li>Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately </li><li>Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues </li><li>Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements </li><li>The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. </li></ul> <p>Other duties may be assigned as required</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Production or general work experience preferred </li><li>Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read, write and speak Englis </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>$21.00 / hour</p>
