A professional in this position within Accenture has the following responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. </li><li>Understands and contributes to the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to organization goals. </li><li>Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. </li><li>Primary upward interaction is with client directors. </li><li>Will interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. </li><li>Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. </li><li>Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. </li><li>Manages medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. </li><li>Implement Master Data Solutions that transform clients' functional processes </li><li>Continue to learn and develop your technical and business expertise </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Stibo Systems, functional and technical experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 end-to-end Stibo MDM implementation, including hands-on configuration and deployment</p> </li><li> <p>Professionals in this position should have deep understanding in MDM and related systems including but not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>ERP</p> </li><li> <p>PLM</p> </li><li> <p>eCommerce</p> </li><li> <p>DAM</p> </li><li> <p>Syndication</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel </li><li>Functional familiarity with other key master entity/domain such Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Locations, Assets etc. and the challenges typically involved in implementing MDM for that entity/domain. </li><li>Experience with JavaScript and developing Stibo Business Rules </li><li>Experience with Data Architecture and Data Integration. </li><li>Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data. </li><li>Experience using Generative AI is a plus </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
