The individual will manage scheduling for the leagues and assist with team communication, equipment installs and management, and league prizes.</p> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create schedules across 8 Goat locations in 4 states for all active leagues.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages daily functions for the league and teams to ensure smooth operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with site Team Members, players, guests, residents within the communities. Communicate and work on scheduling adjustments, cancellations, etc. as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Observe, assess and assist during league play to support games, making sure events are successful for everyone involved.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor volleyball league operations with site management to ensure professional, appropriate, and fun play.</p> </li><li> <p>Direct and enforce volleyball league rules, policies and guidelines are always followed.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Community Leaders to actively maintain upkeep of equipment and materials at site.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and help to bring in new business, book teams, and promote league play / sign-ups as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend site specific meetings as it pertains to volleyball and operational efficiency of the organization.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>At least one (1) year of related customer experience is required.</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
