<p>Sr. Director - Architecture, AI & Automation</p> <p>& Program Management Office</p> <p>Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Architecture, AI & Automation, and Program Management Office (PMO). This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving architectural excellence, accelerating AI innovation, and enhancing program execution across the organization. Companies around the world use Nutanix software to leverage a single platform to manage any app, at any location, at any scale for their private, hybrid and multi-cloud environments.</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>Enterprise Architecture & Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of a modern enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and technology innovation. </li><li>Establish architectural governance, standards, and roadmaps to drive consistency, scalability, and resilience across platforms. </li><li>Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure architectural alignment and influence long-term technology investment decisions. </li></ul> <p>AI & Intelligent Automation</p> <ul> <li>Shape and scale the company's AI and automation strategy to unlock productivity, cost savings, and operational efficiency. </li><li>Oversee the identification, design, and implementation of high-ROI AI use cases across business units. </li><li>Drive responsible AI adoption with a focus on governance, safety, and data readiness. </li><li>Build and lead a cross-functional AI Center of Excellence (CoE). </li></ul> <p>Program Management Office (PMO)</p> <ul> <li>Lead the global PMO to ensure effective governance, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and enterprise initiatives. </li><li>Implement best-in-class program management methodologies, KPIs, and portfolio oversight practices. </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise architecture, AI/automation, and program/project management. </li><li>Proven track record in building scalable architecture frameworks and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives. </li><li>Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital automation. </li><li>Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical and program management teams. </li></ul> <p>Work Arrangement:</p> <p>This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.</p> <p>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $232,000 to $462,000 ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
