Check out our Benefits by clicking on the link Health Plan Identifier (benefitspricing.com)</p> <p>Daily Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Park and charge production equipment at the start of the shift. </li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of the battery area. </li><li>Water all the production equipment batteries. </li><li>Responsible repairing transportation two-wheel hand dollies. </li><li>Responsible for supporting the maintenance team with light facility and equipment repairs. </li><li>Other facility and material upkeep as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Candidates must be willing to learn materials handling equipment (MHE) and facility PM service repairs and have a willingness to be trained. </li><li>Must be able to get along with co-workers and respond to repair needs throughout the shift. </li><li>Work with Operations management and other departments in a positive, productive manner. </li><li>Must be able to work Sunday through Thursday nights </li><li>Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays as needed. </li><li>Must be able to communicate in English to receive and follow directions, interface with suppliers, and complete required paperwork for maintenance performed. </li><li>Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and good attendance are required. </li><li>Good organization skills, detail orientated for accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Experiences and Knowledge Required:</p> <p>High school diploma/GED preferred</p> <p>Minimum 1-year experience preferred performing preventive maintenance or must be willing to be trained on MHE and PM repairs</p> <p>Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain co-worker relationships</p> <p>Ability to read and follow written instructions in English</p> <p>Ability to work varied shifts and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality on the job</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>The physical demands of the job require standing for long periods of time, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.</p> <p>Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
