Description</p> <p>Curiosity Café Team Member Job Description</p> <p>Wage: $12-$13</p> <p>Shift: Part time. Mon-Sat. 9am-4pm. Minimum of 4 shifts per week. You will be given the opportunity to interact with and serve our guests as they experience more than 400 hands-on exhibits designed to bring out the kid in all. In this role, you will work in the Cafe located inside the Museum of Natural Curiosity. You will prepare and deliver food and keep the café clean and organized.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist guests with orders by cashiering and handling cash.</p> </li><li> <p>Cook, prepare and deliver orders for guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Stock, clean, and organize.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay on task and focused</p> </li><li> <p>Welcome, engage, help, and thank each of our guests as we work together to provide a world class guest experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Able to work in a fast-paced environment all while keeping a calm, upbeat, and positive attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Willing to work hard and greet guests with a smile.</p> </li><li> <p>Food handling experience preferred, not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Required to get a Food Handlers Permit (online course).</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience with money handling or a willingness and ability to learn.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 16 years old.</p> </li><li> <p>Pass a background check.</p> </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
