You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.</p> <p>What role will you play?</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>In this role, you will assist with internal legal entity rationalization projects, corporate restructurings, migrations and acquisition integrations and oversee the formation, dissolution, corporate maintenance, and administration of entities in the United States, Canada and LatAm. You will perform due diligence and review and comment on new project proposals and transaction documents as well as provide technical and advisory support to our operating business groups on transactions and ad hoc projects. Liaising with external service providers, including legal counsel, you will ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and work closely with business unit lawyers on the corporate law and governance aspects of large investments, divestitures, and other deals.</p> <p>Salary range for this position: $100,000 - 170,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
