The right candidate will be mechanically inclined or have some experience operating equipment in a lab or manufacturing setting. The Production Operator position is an opportunity to become an expert on the equipment operation for our unique technology and quickly become a candidate for leadership opportunities that pay!</p> <p>Come with a desire to learn - we will train you on the rest!</p> <p>Compensation - Starts at $22.00/hour</p> <p>Key Responsibilities & Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare reactors for production cycles, including loading raw materials, setting parameters, testing functionality, and inoculation of culture. </li><li>Accurately record batch record data. </li><li>Work with quality control for sample testing and analysis. </li><li>Communicate production cycle abnormalities and support troubleshooting measures. </li><li>Maintain warehouse area and ensure high level of cleanliness and organization of materials. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance on reactors, tanks, pumps, and other production equipment. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to understand equipment operation.
