<p>Job Description</p> <p>As a senior member of Eataly's Information Technology (IT) team, the IT Specialist is primarily responsible for evaluating and implementing IT strategy and solutions for several Eataly USA locations (stores and Corporate office), and for providing advice to upper-level management about Eataly's IT needs and structure. The IT Specialist reports to the Director of IT, but works autonomously, without specific directions from senior managers and without immediate supervision.</p> <ul> <li>Develops and implements standard operating procedures and service level agreements </li><li>Manages IT projects from start to finish </li><li>Advises management regarding and supports IT infrastructure and other needs for several Eataly USA locations (stores and Corporate office) </li><li>Supports implementation of technology during new store openings and new store system implementation initiatives </li><li>Manages services for the day-to-day POS systems and ensures performance and stability of in-stores POS applications </li><li>Provides support and resolution to customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner </li><li>Analyzes system issues, provides resolutions and is integral in development and enhancement of IT systems </li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned </li></ul>
