<p>Facility & Equipment Maintenance</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all preventive maintenance, inspections, and asset protection initiatives. </li><li>Assess and evaluate functionality of equipment, ensuring long-term asset value. </li><li>Perform and supervise maintenance tasks as needed to extend equipment life and maintain quality. </li><li>Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to cost controls to reduce waste and expenses. </li></ul> <p>Safety & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property in compliance with brand, local, state, and federal regulations. </li><li>Follow all procedures for guest and employee safety, including emergency protocols. </li><li>Ensure the team is trained on all safety and operational procedures, including proper use of tools and equipment. </li></ul> <p>Guest & Employee Relations</p> <ul> <li>Support all departments to ensure excellent guest service, promptly addressing maintenance and equipment concerns. </li><li>Train and mentor staff, identifying opportunities for skill development and career growth. </li><li>Lead by example, following all CSM and brand standards to ensure consistency and excellence. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of maintenance experience in the hotel industry or a related field. </li><li>Strong mechanical and technical expertise, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge. </li><li>Experience managing a team, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines. </li><li>High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. </li><li>Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. </li></ul> <p>Education & Certifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. </li><li>Certifications such as CPO, HVAC, boiler, and Serve Safe preferred (or ability to obtain them per policy). </li><li>Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds consistently throughout the shift. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here</p> <ul> <li>An Amazing Team - Join a supportive and skilled group of professionals who are passionate about what they do. </li><li>Growth & Development - We invest in our people, offering opportunities for training and advancement. </li><li>Exciting Work Environment - Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. </li></ul> <p>If you are ready to lead a fantastic team, take ownership of hotel operations, and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
