Obtain missing information from brokers or carriers when necessary. </li><li>Coordination: Work closely with Ancillary Marketing Specialists to review questions and ensure accurate and timely responses to carriers. </li><li>File Management: Oversee electronic file set-up and maintenance, as well as ongoing filing and documentation of client meetings, issues, and decisions throughout the sales cycle. </li><li>Account Management: Manage assigned accounts efficiently, meeting internal and external compliance and deadlines. </li><li>Stewardship Analysis: Prepare and provide annual Stewardship analysis and presentations in collaboration with internal and external business partners. </li><li>Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and support to the team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>To excel in this role, you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Ancillary Benefits Experience: 3-5+ years in Ancillary benefits </li><li>Licensing: Group Life and Health Insurance license in the home state (or ability to obtain within 90-120 days). </li><li>Market Experience: At least 3+ years in mid, large, or jumbo market experience. </li><li>Educational Background: College degree or 2 to 3 years of equivalent work experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams. </li><li>Analytical Abilities: Strong reasoning, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, project management, and mathematical skills. </li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties at all levels. </li><li>Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, adjust to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
