<p>Our Opportunity:</p> <p>At Chewy we are building a Retail Operations team to become the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business and are looking for a Sr. Program Manager in either our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. Come run with the Pack!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop process and KPIs for collecting feedback, identifying solutions, and launching process improvements across the end-to-end business development and new assortment onboarding </li><li>Develop an Assortment Ops program roadmap that ensures we are prioritizing speed to market goals and onboarding new SKUs efficiently. </li><li>Develop multiple mechanisms to scale speed to marketing including (but not limited to) WBR reporting, weekly new item oboarding, etc. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced setting or similar Customer Service or Partner Success environment directly managing multiple, cross-functional programs. </li><li>Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships. </li><li>Proficient in using project management software tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, JIRA, Oracle CRM, etc.) to lead and optimize process workflows, including maintenance of key project details and data points. </li><li>Proven ability to use analytical, innovative, and quick-on-your-feet thinking to adapt workback plans while still delivering on time. </li><li>Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently illustrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in ambiguous situations. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Great teammate, passionate about motivating and/or mentoring Team Members, encouraging a positive team environment and culture </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Learning and Development, Operations, or related field. </li><li>Travel is expected 10% of the year. </li></ul>
