<p>Our Opportunity:</p> <p>At Chewy we are building a Retail Operations team to become the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business and are looking for a Sr. Program Manager in either our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. This role will be owning Assortment Operations Business Dev and New Assortment Onboarding programs. Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you! Come run with the Pack!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop process and KPIs for collecting feedback, identifying solutions, and launching process improvements across the end-to-end business development and new assortment onboarding </li><li>Develop an Assortment Ops program roadmap that ensures we are prioritizing speed to market goals and onboarding new SKUs efficiently. </li><li>Develop multiple mechanisms to scale speed to marketing including (but not limited to) WBR reporting, weekly new item oboarding, etc. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced setting or similar Customer Service or Partner Success environment directly managing multiple, cross-functional programs. </li><li>Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships. </li><li>Proficient in using project management software tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, JIRA, Oracle CRM, etc.) to lead and optimize process workflows, including maintenance of key project details and data points. </li><li>Proven ability to use analytical, innovative, and quick-on-your-feet thinking to adapt workback plans while still delivering on time. </li><li>Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently illustrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in ambiguous situations. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Great teammate, passionate about motivating and/or mentoring Team Members, encouraging a positive team environment and culture </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Learning and Development, Operations, or related field. </li><li>Travel is expected 10% of the year. </li></ul>
