<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Manufacture arch wires from raw material into finished goods</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Run a machine to wrap wire onto a mandrel, put the mandrel of material into a salt bath, cut and deburr material </li><li>Run multiple ultrasonic machines </li><li>Use a computer to laser mark ID lines onto the wires </li><li>Inspect wires for size, shape, and any defects </li><li>Scale material and issue material to work order using a scanner </li><li>Take measurements of wire using a micrometer or caliper </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Basic reading, math and computer skills </li><li>Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope </li><li>2 years' experience in direct manufacturing </li><li>Must be able to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds </li><li>Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time </li></ul> <p>Competitive Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, life and disability insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA accounts </li><li>401k with company matching and profit sharing </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li></ul>
