<p>Join our Personal Investor (PI) Investments Data team and help shape the future of how we understand the flow of assets across accounts, offers, and business lines. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into the data that powers our Personal Investor platform and drive insights that influence strategic decisions.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, analytics, and technology and who's excited to partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data products. The current investments suite covers account, position, and transaction data across TA, VBA, cash, and advice and will expand as the landscape evolves - private equity, direct indexing, etc.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact. Drives the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution. </li><li>Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers. </li><li>Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversees product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. </li><li>Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Leads the planning, development and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. </li><li>Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. </li><li>Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. </li><li>Drives the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. </li><li>Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in Product Management within a Data ecosystem. </li><li>3+ years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects </li><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
