<p>Position: Deputy Program Manager</p> <p>Location: Aurora, CO</p> <p>Work Environment: Onsite</p> <p>Clearance Required: NACI</p> <p>Status: Contingent upon contract award</p> <p>Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000</p> <p>Knowesis is currently seeking an exceptional Deputy Program Manager (DPM), with a professional understanding of the Defense Health Agency's (DHA's) TRICARE Health Plan (THP), to join our team and provide invaluable support to the DHA Health Care Operations Team.</p> <p>To be eligible for this position, candidates must have or must have the ability to obtain a NACI clearance and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position's security clearance requirements.</p> <p>The DPM will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional contract activities and aligning daily execution with the DHA's strategic mission. This individual will serve as the primary integrator between the Program Management Office, Execution Cells, and government stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of TRICARE Health Plan (THP) support services. Reporting to the contract Program Manager (PM), the DPM ensures that contract execution activities are synchronized across multiple teams, deliverables are tracked, and communications with government stakeholders are maintained to ensure operational success.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be familiar with working closely with senior analysts, program managers, and government stakeholders to gather data, coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and support the development of acquisition strategies and contract transition documentation.</p> <p>The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <p>Task Order Execution and Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the deputy to the Contract PM, overseeing day-to-day delivery of all contract requirements across clinical, administrative, and acquisition support areas. </li><li>Coordinate task execution in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and CDRL deliverables such as Monthly Progress Reports, Program Management Plans, and Contingency Plans, etc. </li><li>Monitor integrated master schedules, ensure timely milestone completion, and prepare delivery status updates for government review. regulations. </li></ul> <p>Delivery Tracking and Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Manage internal tracking tools and dashboards to report on deliverable progress, identify delays, and raise risk items to the COR and DHA leadership. </li><li>Prepare executive-level briefing materials, delivery checklists, meeting minutes, and performance updates for HCO leadership. </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external leads to manage deliverable life-cycle monitoring from requirements gathering through execution and quality control. </li><li>Ensure all deliverables meet quality assurance standards and DHA protocols. </li><li>Support audit readiness and documentation for performance reviews, especially those tied to TRICARE manual updates, benefit policy reviews, and reimbursement tracking. </li><li>Contribute to continuous process improvement and support training/onboarding of new project support staff. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Engagement and Integration:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a liaison between the HCO, DHA directorates, and other stakeholders (e.g., MCSCs, MTFs, OSD-HA), ensuring alignment of deliverables with operational needs. </li><li>Support leadership with planning and executing internal/external governance meetings, and facilitate team readiness for transition planning, surge support, or policy implementation requirements PowerPoint). </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of project coordination or delivery management experience within federal healthcare or government contracting environments. </li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting performance-based government contracts and managing PWS/SOW requirements. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and task tracking systems. </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>PMP or Agile Project Management certification. </li><li>Experience working within the Military Health System (MHS), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or supporting TRICARE Health Plan operations. </li><li>Familiarity with DHA systems including ETMS2, TMT, and CATMS. </li><li>Knowledge of TRICARE policy manuals, federal acquisition regulations, and DoD contracting practices. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health (PPO & HDHP) Insurance, Dental, Vision, STD & LTD, Basic Life Insurance, 401k Company Match, & Voluntary Products. </li></ul> <p>Knowesis is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on merit and qualifications.
