<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Lead is responsible for ensuring that the building meets its production objectives and is operating in a safe and efficient manner.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Track hourly production and ensure that hourly targets are met by both operators and line. </li><li>Collect and track production and damage rate numbers. </li><li>Track employee attendance. </li><li>Train new operators on the PECO quality spec and how to sort and repair pallets if trainer is unavailable. </li><li>Ensure that all operators have proper tools and equipment to complete their job. </li><li>Ensure that all operators are working in a safe and efficient manner. </li><li>Clean or report any contamination or potential food safety issues for customers. </li><li>Ensure all employees are using proper PPE. </li><li>Complete all daily paperwork (OIS, RFU/WIP audits, Audit the Auditor, dumpster dives, etc.) </li><li>Communicate any issues on floor to supervisor/manager. </li><li>Communicate with employees to resolve any issues or discrepancies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education, Skills and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED). </li><li>Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary. </li><li>Ability to drive production with employees. </li></ul>
