Responsible for providing ongoing supervision and support to Residential Manager, and in their absence, will delegate or perform their duties as necessary.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. </li><li>A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. </li><li>An associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. </li><li>In addition to the designated education requirements and direct experience, and a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory/managerial experience; or any other combination of education and experience acceptable under regulatory guidelines. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past three years.
