The company has a very enjoyable work environment, strong benefits and will work a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.</p> <p>Summary: We are a large, local Public Accounting firm looking for top talent to join our amazing culture. Our firm has increasing opportunities in broad-based consulting engagements, and the successful candidate will participate in this client-service area. Whereas large firms tend to be compartmentalized, our firm offers the successful candidate the ability to service all aspects of our clients' business and personal needs, and see client engagements from start to finish, thus becoming a valued advisor to clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, review, and complete corporate and individual tax returns and/or financial statements </li><li>Creative problem solving </li><li>Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines </li><li>Willingness to learn new professional concepts and techniques </li><li>Commitment to exceptional client service* BA/BS in Accounting or MST preferred </li><li>Tax preparation experience </li><li>Knowledge of ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Engagement software is preferred </li><li>Strong interpersonal and analytical skills </li><li>Flexible, self-starter personality whose personal values coincide with Company's Core values (Respect, Integrity, Teamwork & Excellence) </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>CPA in progress or completed </li><li>3-5 years of public accounting experience </li><li>Comfort with preparation & review of all types of income tax returns </li></ul>
