Students participate actively in their learning, and coaches facilitate, encourage, and provide opportunities and support.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Provides coaching and support for student academic growth and achievement </li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues and community partners in a co-taught, interdisciplinary instructional setting </li><li>Collects and analyzes student data to support instructional decisions </li><li>Develop meaningful and supportive relationships with students through a positive youth development and restorative justice lens </li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with parents and families </li><li>Performs other related duties as required and assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Current Indiana Teaching License required </li><li>Experience and knowledge of a Design Thinking Process required </li><li>2+ years working in classrooms and coaching teachers </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to collaborate and work well in a team </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage </li><li>Employer HSA contribution </li><li>Wellness Reimbursements </li><li>Short Term Disability and Life Insurance </li><li>Parental Leave </li><li>Cell Phone Stipend </li><li>403(b) or TRF retirement plans </li><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul>
