Assist in tracking customer forecasts, orders, and program timelines. Participate in customer meetings and internal alignment discussions. Help prepare presentations, status updates, and business review materials.</p> <p>Project Coordination</p> <p>Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality). Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items. Support new product introduction (NPI) tracking and program updates. Help identify and escalate potential risks impacting customer delivery or timelines.</p> <p>Data & Business Analytics</p> <p>Analyze sales data, backlog, and forecast trends. Support margin tracking and pricing analysis initiatives. Assist with reporting metrics and dashboard preparation. Help improve process visibility and documentation workflows.</p> <p>Process Improvement</p> <p>Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, communication, or tracking processes.
