<p>We are currently hiring an E-Store and Taproom Co-Op in Milton, DE. This position is from July-December.</p> <p>This position will be full-time onsite which requires being at the location 5 days per week.</p> <p>What You'll Brew:</p> <ul> <li>Webstore Merchandising: ensures online webstores are merchandised in a manner that aligns with brand strategy while driving engagement and conversion. </li><li>Ensures product listings are active and readily available to customers. Maintains the product classification to ensure search filters return all relevant results. </li><li>Pegs photography needs for product listings, inputs request, updates and maintains internal tracker. </li><li>Write copy for product descriptions and promotional pop ups/banners. </li><li>Manages customer service inboxes across all E-Store platforms. Responds to customers in a timely manner, resolves order issues, and process returns/exchanges. </li><li>Oversees brand requests for merchandise through communication with internal partners. </li><li>Assists in the development, marketing, and execution of E-store promotional events and collaborations. </li><li>Help track and analyze success of E-store promotional events. </li><li>Purchase Order entry </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Business Writing, </li><li>Student must be 21 years of age. </li><li>Must be able to commit to a 6 month Co-Op Cycle - July- December </li><li>Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Excel, Word, and Outlook </li><li>Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Ability to be attentive to all aspects of the manufacturing environment while working </li><li>Professional attitude and demeanor </li><li>Must be self-motivated and proactive </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Customer service experience highly recommended. </li></ul> <p>Some Perks:</p> <p>When candidates join Boston Beer's Early Talent Program, Brew Your Future, our early talent coworkers are empowered with impactful projects and learning sessions that contribute to real business outcomes, in addition to an inclusive, welcoming experience.
