<p>Summary: The DTE Specialist position will focus on ensuring an efficient DTE process from quoting through planning.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Receive Deal Input form.</p> </li><li> <p>Motor repair expectations will be funneled through this position.</p> </li><li> <p>Create SRO's for received motors.</p> </li><li> <p>Create SROs for motors that have not been quoted prior to receipt of motor.</p> </li><li> <p>Create job tablet packets for jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>Select correct template for jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete Motor Intake form for motors that do not have POs and are not on exemption list. Deliver completed form to quoting.</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule DTE of motor.</p> </li><li> <p>Release jobs into DTE that meet the following criteria:</p> </li><li> <p>PO received that covers DTE</p> </li><li> <p>Motor is on exemption list</p> </li><li> <p>Repair authorization received from customer</p> </li><li> <p>Develop repair scope of work</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize tablet packet information, visual inspection and customer expectations to develop a scope of work</p> </li><li> <p>Consolidate scope of work for quoting and ops</p> </li><li> <p>Enter operations, materials and labor required for repair of motor in Syteline</p> </li><li> <p>Create operations necessary for repair based on DTE scope of work</p> </li><li> <p>Create BOM (planned material) for materials needed for repair</p> </li><li> <p>Create routings (planned labor) for labor required for repair</p> </li><li> <p>Get updated pricing and lead time on materials as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Provide incoming inspection report.</p> </li><li> <p>Compare post DTE repair costs to existing "quick quote" costs and determine if motor will need requoted or can move to planning without requoting.</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of related experience </li><li>Experience with electrical rotating equipment, encompassing both AC and DC nomenclature </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Provide excellent customer service </li><li>Strong technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of our products </li><li>Experience with commodity indexes and cost drivers in the industry </li><li>Exposure to value propositions </li></ul>
