This is an onsite role at our Shakopee, MN facility. Local candidates will be given priority.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Support process engineers in developing and validating new production processes </li><li>Run feasibility tests and qualify production equipment </li><li>Collaborate on brainstorming and design reviews for new processes with the engineering team </li><li>Provide feedback on equipment design for functionality and ease of maintenance </li><li>Work with the engineering team on performance improvements in safety, yield, cost, and capacity </li><li>Execute trials to validate processes and document results using Excel </li><li>Partner with operators and the team lead to implement process and safety enhancements </li><li>Assist in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair </li><li>Help develop training materials and support operator training globally </li><li>Contribute to product qualification and launch activities </li></ul> <p>What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) </li><li>Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency </li><li>Willingness to travel to global production sites </li><li>Currently live within commutable distance of our Shakopee, MN facility </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If You Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience in fiber optic termination and splicing </li><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field </li><li>Background in new process development </li><li>A positive mindset and passion for automation </li><li>Hands-on experience in a production environment </li></ul> <p>Our salary ranges take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business requirements. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven track record of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $63,800 - $78,200.</p> <p>You will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan.
