<p>As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company's success.</p> <p>Your Tasks</p> <ul> <li>Champion all design related activity for assigned program(s) throughout product life cycle, from concept generation, development, therefor into optimal solutions. </li><li>Active participation in Development Team Meetings (EAK) represents design conformance according to Brose procedures / standards. </li><li>Participate in formal design/engineering reviews (Design Checklist, DFMEA, specification review, etc.), and informal reviews with development team. </li><li>Ensure designs meet milestones to support releases </li><li>Responsible for monitoring of the design's product conformance, data quality standards, Brose and customer design standards. </li><li>Provide support to ensure the conformance of the product to customer/Brose specifications. </li><li>Monitor actual project capacity needs during product development </li><li>Assist and mentor designers in best practices, kinematics, customer CAD systems, etc. </li><li>Considers program development according to product development process (PDP). </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree or ten years related professional experience in the automotive field and with experience with (window regulators, seats, or drives) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>6-8 years work experience </li><li>Skills: CAD Systems: CATIA V5, Enovia, Ability to Create Kinematics, Ability to </li></ul>
