As an energy-saving solutions provider with core competencies in power electronics and automation, Delta's business categories include Power Electronics, Mobility, Automation, and Infrastructure.</p> <p>About the role:</p> <p>The Account Manager is responsible for managing the assigned key OEM / ODM customers, including meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets. Drive teamwork and support across Customer Service in Raleigh, Business Units in Taiwan and the factories located in Asia, to achieve the sales goals and objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork and information sharing.</p> <p>Two open Account Manager positions -</p> <ul> <li>One located in the Northeast, preferably in the Baltimore/Philadelphia region. </li><li>One located in the Midwest, preferably in the Detroit/Chicago region. </li></ul> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop strong knowledge of market, accounts, competition and industry trends and utilize that in support of the Regional and Account business plans. </li><li>Develop and maintain a Key Account Strategy to drive growth and achieve or exceed annual goals, metrics and expectations. </li><li>Customer relationship growth and management. </li><li>Responsible for new business development - RFQs, pricing negotiation, value proposition, and contract negotiation. </li><li>Provide internal account leadership thru insight to customer inputs and priorities, customer product/portfolio roadmaps, execution of customer process requirements, and contract compliance. </li><li>Drive NPI and project execution and schedule with internal and external customers. </li><li>Monitor, analyze, and drive sales metrics and results. </li><li>Drive funnel growth and forecast accuracy across all product lines and accounts. </li><li>Ensure customer issues are resolved through the escalation process. </li><li>Cradle to grave Sales Management - opportunity to EOL closure. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies/Behaviors/Strengths</p> <ul> <li>Professional Selling Skills - Both large account management and new account development. </li><li>Develop and grow customer relationships. </li><li>Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. </li><li>Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint. </li><li>Results oriented. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to adapt to Delta's unique and dynamic culture. </li></ul> <p>Minium Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or technical field, or commensurate technical sales experience. </li><li>Understanding of power management and/or thermal solutions. </li><li>Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams. </li><li>Excellent project planning, execution, and tracking skills. </li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. </li></ul>
