<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Stamford, CT (Onsite - 5 days).</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a fast-moving, collaborative team. This individual will manage communication between business and development teams, track progress across SDLC initiatives, and ensure high-priority projects are executed with urgency and clarity. The ideal candidate brings precision, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to fast-evolving workstreams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between business PMO leadership and development teams </li><li>Ensure consistent, clear communication and alignment across all phases of project execution </li><li>Respond to channel-related queries (including IVR and IVA), manage escalations, and track deliverables </li><li>Support both structured and informal project intake-from planned roadmaps to hallway-driven initiatives </li><li>Maintain visibility into project phases, and answer stakeholder questions with confidence and clarity </li><li>Participate in team forums and working sessions (minimal formal presentations) </li><li>Manage small, fast-paced projects with input from senior leadershipTools & Methodologies: </li><li>Jira (preferred), Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets - flexible as long as project plans are clear and trackable </li><li>Familiarity with SDLC processes, data-oriented conversations, and APIs (transferable skills welcome) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Traits:</p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication-able to convey complex topics succinctly </li><li>High level of accountability, urgency, and adaptability </li><li>Proven ability to handle executive-facing communication with professionalism </li><li>Team player comfortable with rapid shifts and cross-functional coordination </li></ul>
