<p>NO 3rd Parties or Sponsorship!</p> <p>Role Title: OCM Consultant</p> <p>Duration: 6 months with possible 6 month extensions</p> <p>Preferred Location: 3 days onsite in Chicago, IL office</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>Looking for an OCM Consultant to help with a P2P implementation. Technology S2C OCM Leadership (Source to Contract)</p> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Assessment: Building on the Impact Analysis developed in the Mobilization phase, identify super users and/or representative users for each impacted stakeholder group. Then conduct interviews or focus groups to gather people-focused information about the current state, change readiness, and ways of working. Regularly review and refine this assessment to incorporate additional stakeholders or refine existing details. </li><li>Impact Analysis: Review and refine the Impact Analysis for S2C stakeholders drafted in the Mobilization phase to update with additional stakeholders and impacts based on Stakeholder Assessment. </li><li>Sponsorship - Change Network: Based on findings from the stakeholder assessment, identify Change Champions and develop a plan to engage and empower them to build buy-in for the program across their areas of influence. </li><li>Training / Learning - Training Plan: Based on the Program OCM Strategy, stakeholder assessment, impact analysis and other existing inputs, develop a training plan. This will be created in a spreadsheet, or client agreed tool, to outline training activities by stakeholder group over time to build knowledge about new or updated processes, tools and/or ways of working.
