Ability to work unsupervised and mentor/coach other technicians. Strong knowledge in all aspects of physical plant equipment operation and ability to diagnose and correct system malfunctions.??</p> <p>What you will do in this role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform daily routine maintenance duties as assigned.?</p> </li><li> <p>Perform minor repair on all hospital related equipment.?</p> </li><li> <p>Change pre-filters and final filters in HVAC system.?</p> </li><li> <p>Provide initial response to general maintenance related service calls.?</p> </li><li> <p>Perform plumbing repair.?</p> </li><li> <p>Perform electrical repair.?</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all repairs on general maintenance equipment as assigned.?</p> </li><li> <p>Perform repair on door hardware, self closing devices and door locks.?</p> </li><li> <p>Assist other mechanics on projects as assigned.?</p> </li></ul> <p>What Qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's Degree or Technical/Vocational Degree?</p> </li><li> <p>Over 5 years direct healthcare experience?</p> </li><li> <p>Drivers License</p> </li></ul> <p>TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is a 150 bed hospital that has provided high-quality health care for over 40 years.
