The Worcester Family Resource Center is seeking an Assistant Program Director to provide clinical and administrative leadership to a dedicated team delivering critical support services to children, adolescents, and their families.</p> <p>As the Assistant Program Director, you will play a dual role as both a clinical leader and an administrative manager. You will oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for clients while ensuring program compliance, quality, and staff development.
