<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Location: 1 Enterprise Drive, Suite 110, Shelton, CT 06484</p> <p>Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time</p> <p>Start Date: Immediate</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Solstice is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs, including expressive/receptive language delays, articulation disorders, social communication challenges, and AAC needs. The SLP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized student programming.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct speech and language evaluations </li><li>Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment goals </li><li>Provide direct and consultative speech-language services </li><li>Support AAC implementation and communication systems </li><li>Collect data and monitor student progress </li><li>Participate in PPT/IEP meetings </li><li>Maintain required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines </li><li>Collaborate with special education staff, BCBA(s), and related service providers </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology </li><li>Active Connecticut SLP License </li><li>CSDE certification (or eligibility) </li><li>CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply) </li><li>Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</p> <p>Application Procedure</p> <p>Apply through CT REAP and submit:</p> <ul> <li>Resume </li><li>Cover Letter </li><li>Copy of Connecticut License and Certification </li></ul> <p>Solstice is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
