<p>We are hiring a General Manager for our 105 room Homewood Suites, located near the Salt Lake City Airport. This property is less than 15 minutes from downtown, Salt Palace Convention Center and the Vivint Smart Home Arena.</p> <p>The Ideal Candidate has:</p> <ul> <li>Great sales and networking skills in order to assist a sales & marketing team to remain competitive in the relevant market. </li><li>A proven track record of driving GSS. </li><li>Minimum 3 years as a GM, or extensive experience as an AGM. </li><li>Hired, mentored and lead teams to outstanding results. </li><li>Hands on ability to deliver outstanding financial results, </li><li>Local market knowledge desirable. </li><li>Prior Hilton brand experience preferred. </li><li>Market experience. </li></ul> <p>Being a Concord GM</p> <p>As a General Manager, you will be a "hands on leader," who is instrumental in hiring and motivating a winning team, while supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones.
