<p>Description</p> <p>Temporary Maintenance Technician II - From 1.1.26 to 4.1.26</p> <p>SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 730AM-330PM This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies.</p> <p>Pays $21.50 - $35.00per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)</p> <p>LOCATION: 151-155 Geneva Avenue, Boston</p> <p>SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:</p> <p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>EDUCATION/TRAINING:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Ability to read printed labels and instructions </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license in good standing </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience </li><li>Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in Building Maintenance </li></ul>
