<p>Growing global leader in the production and distribution of food and beverage products is looking for a Transportation Specialist. You would be responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of the transportation and warehouse teams. This is part of the finance team and working closely with the IT teams. This position is anticipated to start quickly and is temporary to hire, it's a great way to get your foot in the door! There are multiple shifts available and you must be flexible to the diff. shift times, including weekends. They operate 24/7 and you would need to be comfortable being assigned to any shift.</p> <ul> <li>Assist with processing orders, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking </li><li>Communicate changes in day-to-day activities to other employees as directed </li><li>Collect and prepare information for various operational reports </li><li>Provide confidential administrative support to department leadership and others as requested Interact with internal and external customers </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>They offer a family-oriented environment that takes care of their employees.
