<p>Description</p> <p>Eastside Lofts seeking a diligent and proactive Groundskeeper to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Clean common areas, hallways, lobbies, and stairwells regularly. </li><li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. </li><li>Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. </li><li>Clean windows, walls, doors, and other surfaces. </li><li>Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and in working order. </li><li>Perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and handling basic plumbing or electrical issues. </li><li>Report major maintenance needs or damages to the property manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. </li><li>Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics in outdoor spaces. </li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul>
