<p>FMX is seeking a dynamic Sales Director or Manager to lead our growing team of Account Executives. You'll work closely with your team in an energetic environment, where your efforts will directly shape our sales strategy and company culture.</p> <p>If you're excited to lead an ambitious team and help shape the future of FMX, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the Account Executive team, overseeing training, development, enablement, performance management, and recruitment. </li><li>Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed company-wide sales targets, aiming for at least 80% quota attainment. </li><li>Ensure effective onboarding and ramp-up of new Account Executives, targeting a 90% success rate. </li><li>Provide accurate quarterly forecasts of team bookings within a 90% confidence range. </li><li>Partner with Marketing and Business Operations to optimize sales campaigns and drive overall efficiency. </li><li>Use a data-driven approach to develop actionable plans, track pipeline health, and coach the team to improve performance. </li><li>Deliver clear, constructive feedback and insights to senior leadership to enable continuous growth and improvement. </li><li>Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and performance-focused team culture. </li><li>Foster cross-functional collaboration to align sales strategies with broader company goals and customer needs. </li></ul>
