<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>This position serves as the Outreach Coordinator leading policy development, directing administrative processes, personnel development, resource acquisition and coordination statewide in the marketing, service integration and collaboration with partner agencies for all Office of Nutrition Services programs addressing nutrition security throughout WV. This position is responsible for enhancing client recruitment and retention as well as program access linked to maintaining and growing funding necessary to serve all eligible WV residents. Plan, organize and evaluate operations or projects and the strategic role of developing long-range plans to accomplish the mission of the marketing and communications program. This includes utilizing tools to measure individual, workgroup and organizational performance discrepancies, recommendations for needed changes in individual, workgroups or organizational performances and definitions and descriptions of desired individual or group performance. Branding and identity management by establishing and communicating a unique identity for each ONS program and for the services through the use of multiple communication strategies - promotional and informational materials, community events, blogs, media interviews, articles, presentations, website, social media and public service announcements.</p> <p>Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Training:Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.</p> <p>Substitution: Additional experience as described below may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.</p> <p>Experience:Four years full-time, equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in a technical or program area that is related to the area of employment.</p> <p>Substitution: Post-graduate education in a field related to the technical or program area may be substituted for the required experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours for one year of experience.</p>
