<p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment </li><li>Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision </li><li>Follow all safety practices and utilize proper PPE at all times </li><li>Comply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures </li><li>Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required </li><li>Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift </li><li>Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift </li><li>Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly </li><li>Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred </li><li>Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred </li><li>Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability </li><li>Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment </li><li>High attention to detail and quality of work </li><li>Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures </li><li>Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment </li><li>Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures </li></ul> <p>Veterans Welcome</p> <ul> <li>At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
