<p>The Strategic Client Executive acts as the global owner major enterprise accounts, ensuring a unified "One Hitachi" experience across all regions. The role focuses on long-term account strategy, cross-functional coordination, and expanding Hitachi's footprint through data-driven, solution-oriented selling.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Global Account Strategy </li><li>Build and execute a multi-year account plan aligned to customer strategy. </li><li>Lead global teams, set shared goals, and drive execution across countries. • Subject matter expertise in data storage, data management, data analytics and other IT services </li><li>Understand customer's political, competitive, and budget landscape to shape engagement. </li><li>Executive Relationship Management </li><li>Serve as the global escalation point and trusted advisor. </li><li>Own C-suite engagement plans and maintain strong internal/external communication. </li><li>Develop relationships with global partners and GSIs. </li><li>Sales Orchestration </li><li>Ensure consistent global pricing, terms, and service levels. </li><li>Coordinate vertical, technical, and regional specialists. </li><li>Drive adoption of global framework agreements and unified commercial strategy. </li><li>Opportunity Leadership </li><li>Validate and manage global pipeline across regions. </li><li>Oversee opportunity ownership between sales, presales, support, and partners. </li><li>Support local teams and ensure accurate documentation. </li><li>Business Needs Discovery </li><li>Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across geographies. </li><li>Understand customer's global business structure and competitive pressures. </li><li>Engage stakeholders to uncover needs and align Hitachi solutions. </li><li>Opportunity Expansion </li><li>Position Hitachi as a trusted advisor to CIO/IT leadership. </li><li>Map customer business needs to Hitachi's solutions and create long-term roadmaps. </li><li>Identify regional opportunities and scale them globally. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Subject matter expertise in data storage, data management, data analytics and other IT services </li><li>15+ years in global enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships. </li><li>Existing relationships with IT buyers at Apple and or eBay, demonstrating account familiarity across business units and BU leadership </li><li>Strong solution-selling methodology. </li><li>Deep understanding of global business dynamics and competitive landscapes. </li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. </li><li>Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed global environment. </li></ul> <p>#LI-TO1</p>
