<p>We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join the Managed Service for Hyperspace, focusing on CI/CD landscape Ops and SRE within the Software & Internet domain. The role involves resolving containerization issues, integration complexities, security vulnerabilities and environment configuration problems, while providing technical support and contributing to monitoring, investigation and user-to-service integration tasks.</p> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve containerization issues, integration complexities, security vulnerabilities and environment configuration problems</p> <p>Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment</p> <p>Work closely with infrastructure teams to configure and manage environments</p> <p>Engage with project managers to align on timelines and deliverables</p> <p>Provide support to operations teams for troubleshooting and incident management</p> <p>Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and infrastructure automation</p> <p>Lead the second line/environments support engineering activities, ensuring efficient resolution of complex issues</p> <p>Participate in on-call rotation 24/7 for 7-10 days per month (passive, activated upon alarm from the Shared Support team)</p>
